Marble

Marble is a metamorphic rock formed from limestone that has undergone high temperatures and pressures, resulting in a high degree of crystallization.

The difference between limestone and marble lies in the crystalline structure of the latter, which provides more durability than limestone.

Marble is mostly light-colored. However,  it can occur in numerous shades, ranging from white to gray, including various pink tones. It is widely used in architectural monuments, sculptures, and decorations. Furthermore, it is an excellent option as a raw material in construction.
